Hair loss is not an irreversible condition and there are some natural hair growth tips and remedies that are scientifically proven to be effective.

If you want to beat hair loss, the first thing you should do is to trigger natural hair growth with some basic lifestyle changes. It is quite dreadful when you are trying to brush your hair only to find that a huge chunk of it remains on the brush.

This is where even simple acts like running your hands through the locks can make you want to scream off your lungs when you remain with a lot of hair on your fingers. Hair loss is a terrifying experience that both men and women go through.

Luckily, this is not something that has to torment you for the rest of your life.

There are some proven tips and remedies for natural hair growth you can explore to have your crowning glory back such as:

1. Checking your Diet

Nutritionists encourage people experiencing hair loss issues to eat healthy if they want radiant hair. It is important that you get minerals and nutrients from the food you consume. Where possible always go for the organic option because it has more benefits to the body.

Note that protein plays an important role when it comes to natural hair growth. Foods like meat, beans, dairy seeds, nuts, fish, and eggs can help create healthier scalps and lower inflammation. Remember to eat balanced diets without forgetting fruits and vegetables and within no time you will see amazing results.

2. Steer Clear of Bad Habits

Here we are talking about habits like smoking, which reduces the circulation of blood in the body, including flow to the scalp. This inhibits natural hair growth. Taking alcohol excessively can also mess up your immunity system, which can lead to more severe hair fall out.

You should also make sure that you take enough water because staying hydrated helps a lot with the growth of tissues and overall health. Do not take carbonated drinks because they also weaken the immune system.

If you are into these habits, it is best to try and break them off as soon as possible, if you want to watch your hair problems disappear.

3. Stress Management

Stress is a major cause of multiple health issues, including the loss of hair. Physical and emotional stress can lead to premature greying and the disruption of the natural hair growth process.

Look for ways to reduce stress to avoid these problems. For instance, practicing meditation and yoga can be an incredible stress booster.

4. Work Out

Exercise is not only for people who want to stay fit or lose weight, but working out regularly can also help with your hair woes. While exercising, you are bound to sweat, something that helps out to clean the hair pores by unclogging them.

This is also something that can help boost your overall health to aid in the growth of stronger and longer locks. You do not even need to go to the gym to achieve this. Home workouts can be effective as well.

5. Be Gentle with the Hair

Avoid straitening irons, perms, curling wands, dyes, and rubber bands when styling your hair as this can be pretty hard on it.

This is especially important if you notice that your hair is thinning because you do not want to end up breaking it. Do not overdo washing and brushing, if you want to get rid of the problem.

6. Regular Trims

In most cases, the hair tips face the most damage. Find the right electric shaver to give your hair a good trim giving it space to grow well. Do this every six to eight weeks and it can help solve all your hair loss issues.

Feel the hair to get rid of all the parts that have a straw-like texture, as this is an indication of damaged hair. Chopping off the bad hair also helps to get rid of split ends.

7. Scalp Massages

When done in the right way, a scalp massage can increase natural hair growth tremendously. This is because it stimulates hair follicles to prevent balding and hair thinning. Use essential oils like thyme, rosemary, and lavender for the massage.

Take any carrier oil such as coconut, olive, almond or any other and add a few drops of the essential oil. Massage the combination into the scalp gently. Do not wash off the oils right away. Wear a shower cap and leave it on for around 60 minutes before shampooing the hair.

Repeat this at least once every week and within no time you will start to notice results.

8. Avoid Very Hot Showers

Taking hot showers may be your thing, but it could be hurting your hair. The hot water dehydrates strands and strips of the scalps taking away its natural oils. This often leads to brittle and dry hair that is more susceptible to damage.

Go for lukewarm water and use the coolest temperatures to rinse hair. Remember to avoid combing wet hair because this is the time when the strands are in a fragile state. Let the hair dry fast and use a wide tooth comb to style.

9. Use Natural Juices

Your hair can also benefit from the use of natural juices. Prepare onion, ginger or garlic juice and apply it on the hair. Leave this on an entire night and wash the hair well in the morning. Repeat this a couple of times every week and you can start seeing results.

The beginning of hair loss does not mean that it is the end of the journey for your tresses. There are multiple natural hair growth remedies you can experiment with to find out what works for your mane.

Once you identify what will bring in results, it will just be a matter of time before you can flaunt healthy, beautiful, strong, and shiny hair.

Thanks for these great tips for the hair. Staying clear from bad habits like smoking which reduces the circulation of blood in the body, including flow to the scalp which in turn inhibits natural hair growth, then excessive intake of alcohol can also mess up the immunity system, which can lead to more severe hair fall out.

Proper diet is good for long hair but what to do to get long and thick hair and which type of hair oil should be used? Because hair oil is one type of food for the scalp and it helps too.
