First of all, what is Hydrogen Peroxide? Simply, it’s the only germicidal agent that is made up of water and oxygen.
It is able to kill the disease organism using only oxidation. This means it is the world’s purest and safest sanitizer. When it oxidizes it is essentially burning the bad microorganisms in a controlled way, so it is non-toxic and is perfect for general use on things and on your body!
Here are just some of the incredible benefits of using Hydrogen Peroxide:
1. Cuts and Infections
Using 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, you can heal any cuts or infections. Add the mixture to some water and soak for about five to ten minutes a day, or add it to your bath. It can also help with fungal infections, boils, and other common skin conditions.
2. Rejuvenating and Detoxifying
Add around two quarts of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to your bath, soak for around half-an-hour and feel the benefits. You will feel alive and well after a long, hot bath, just make sure you keep adding hot water to really enjoy the results.
3. Treat Foot Fungus
To directly treat foot fungus, apply a mixture of half Hydrogen Peroxide and half water to your feet. This is easily done by using a spray bottle. Spray them every night, and let them dry before sleeping, you will soon see the benefits.
4. Sinus Infections
Just one tablespoon of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in a cup of non-chlorinated water is the perfect, and safe, nasal spray to treat sinus infections or issues. You can add some more if your infection is proving difficult to treat.
Avoid buying the chemical-laced mouthwashes sold on the high street and make your own. Not only is it much cheaper but it’s also much healthier. Hold a capful of Hydrogen Peroxide in your mouth for ten minutes before spitting out and repeat daily, it will help keep your breath fresh and your teeth white.
6. Hair Lightening
Create a mixture using half 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and half water. Spray this onto your hair after the shower and comb it through. The results will be natural highlights that lighten gradually!
7. Contact Lens Solution
Did you know that you can use Hydrogen Peroxide as a contact lens solution? It helps to remove the proteins that build up on the lens and prevent infection.
8. Clothes Washing
Add some Hydrogen Peroxide to your white clothes wash and see the results! Either pour them on stained areas or add to the machine for the best results.
