Jamie Logie is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health & wellness specialist. He holds a bachelor of science (B.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He also studied sociology and psychology at Western University and has a counseling diploma from Heritage Baptist College along with multiple personal training and strength training specialist certifications. Jamie has traveled all over the world and has had the chance to see the damages that come from unhealthy nutritional habits of modern people in different countries.
