1. Baking soda

Dental hygiene is very important to everyone. It helps maintain the general health of the whole body. The remedies given above and other medical ones should be taken seriously and incorporated to daily lifestyle if you are to keep an eye on your dental hygiene.
Furthermore, cleaning, brushing teeth at least twice a day coupled by dental flossing should be made a habit. Last but not least, the dentist should be a friend to be paid a visit frequently. it might sound a bit expensive but it is worth it.
