Do you want to heal cavities and have healthier teeth? We recommend you to use the following recipes.

Tooth decay is one major problem most people deal with at one point in life.

If you have faced it then you might know that cavities can make life uncomfortable naturally. This is when you know that hot and cold drinks can be a no go zone! The results are frequent visits to the dentists since they are unbearable. Fortunately, the doctor can be the last option since there is a way to get rid of tooth decay and heal cavities using products that are easily available.

The following are a few recipes to heal cavities and tooth decay:

1. Use of Turmeric, Coconut Oil, Clove Oil and Salt.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ teaspoon of Coconut Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of Turmeric.
  • 2 drops of Clove Oil.
  • A pinch of Salt.

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Apply the mixture to your toothbrush and brush your teeth gently, targeting the cavities areas as much as possible.
  • Give it a break for 5 minutes and brush once more.
  • Lastly, rinse the teeth with lukewarm water.

2. Use of Baking Soda, Lemon Juice, Dried Mint Powder and Peppermint Essential Oil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil.
  • ½ teaspoon of Baking Soda.
  • 2 drops of Lemon Juice.
  • ¼ teaspoon of Dried Mint Powder (optional).

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Apply the mixture on a toothbrush and then brush gently, paying attention to all areas.
  • Leave it on your teeth for about 3 minutes.
  • Lastly, rinse your teeth with slightly warm water.

3. Use of Licorice Root Powder, Activated Charcoal, Sweet Orange essential Oil and Food Grade Bentonite Clay Powder.

This recipe should be used only once a week

Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon of Activated Charcoal.
  • ¼ of Licorice Root Powder.
  • 1 drop of Sweet Orange Essential Oil.
  • A pinch of Food Grade Bentonite Clay powder.

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Apply the mixture on a toothbrush and brush your teeth gently.
  • Wait for about 3 minutes and then use slightly warm water to rinse your teeth.
  • After rinsing, you can use the brush to brush your teeth once again and then rinse with lukewarm water.

The above recipes will give you the best results, even if you only use them thrice a week.

Avoiding foods which cause tooth decay and replacing them with the ones which improve oral health is essential. It is also good to be cautious while using these recipes, ensuring that you don’t swallow the mixture.

Sealants appear to have been placed on tooth #30 and #31. Possibly #29 also. The white material in #32 looks like Cavit after it has dried.

Not knocking your method, I have cavities that I can test both the original post’s method and this one with. But if you’re genuinely interested in convincing people who are set in their ways that something works, going on the defensive as soon as someone starts throwing hate and vitriol your way is the wrong way to do it. Get them talking, give them details. If they refuse to test your method after learning the fine print and hold to their existing standpoint… that’s their problem, and no fault of your own.

    • Vanessa Lytle Strayer July 12, 2017 at 11:01 pm - Reply

I think he is referring to pit and fissure sealants…it has nothing to do with stopping growth, teeth are fully formed when they erupt. What the sealants do is keep the fissures covered so organic debris cannot continue the decay process.

I read this article and the procedure looks promising! The difference is, the minerals they are introducing in the mouth are supplied, not the naturally occurring
calcium and magnesium molecules from our saliva. If a tooth is “etched” from exposure to bleaching, acidic foods like lemons, there actually is some remineralization from the saliva…but only on a very microscopic level. The amount of minerals used during the experimental procedure are wayyy more than what our saliva could ever supply. If we had that much, my job would have been like carving Mount Rushmore!

I started refusing to do fluoride treatments on my patients after the research I did. Fluoride is an industrial byproduct and lethal as hell even in small amounts. It also attracts aluminum
(Found in Alzheimer’s patient’s brains), and it calcifies the Pineal gland in the brain. Hitler added it to the water in the concentration camps because it makes human beings docile! The Pineal gland is the seat of our intuition and any “sixth sense” abilities. It also embeds itself in our bones. It led me to a feeling of distrust about the reason they REALLY put it in the water. Fortunately I worked for a Holistic dentist, who agreed with me. Fluoride treatments are BIG bucks for dental practices. Excellent oral hygiene is the best line of defense against against decay.

Travis, it’s always entertaining to see a fellow vegan trying to educate people suffering from cognitive dissonance. Rarely do I bother these days. I just can’t believe you haven’t brought up how dairy leaches calcium from your body…. Anyway, just so you know and grow…. when having tumeric, add freshly ground black pepper to the mix as it increases the absorption by 2000%. It’s very difficult for the body to digest otherwise.

If someone can show me abstracts and papers written by researchers at an accredited university lab that prove the discussed method has any merit, please do so. I was an organic chemistry major before entering dental school…I want to see the breakdown of organic chemical reactions that support these claims, proof that the researchers used control subjects in a double blind study, references, X-ray studies before and after. An X-ray would have to reveal an increase in radiopaque mass on the tooth surface for me to even entertain the idea that inert organic material rearranged its chemical matrix.

Wow. I am not a dentist by any means, but a long time nurse. I do see both sides here and this may be good for a superficial problem. But after the problem has gotten so bad, and your teeth are rotted away, I personally don’t see this working. Teeth do not regenerate. It would be like if I had severe peripheral artery disease and I started losing feeling in my legs. Yes, this can be helped. But if I were to let it get so bad, my legs turned black and started rotting with gangrene, then that’s a nope.

    • Sandra E Nunez July 13, 2017 at 1:02 am - Reply

Actually the root cause of our rotting teeth is how much sugar and processed foods we eat, as sugar is in literally everything. I read a study about 4 years ago where a family had cut out all added sugar and processed foods and their teeth went completely back to normal. I wish I could find the link but I can’t remember the name of the website or the search words I used.

What I do remember is that they made this comparison by showing native Islanders teeth before and after they were exposed to an Americanized diet and it was like seeing a perfectly good flower suddenly rot in the hand. So if you decide to look it up and can find it, all the more power to you.

    • Vanessa Lytle Strayer July 12, 2017 at 11:32 pm - Reply

Bone has cells called osteoblasts that remodel fractures and in the correct mineral/chemical environment , osteoporosis can be improved. Enamel has NO such cells. I think any results that are seen from using the method being discussed are from deep stain in the fissures that is being removed somehow. To the untrained eye, stain can look exactly like early decay.

I am a registered dental hygienist with 35 years of clinical experience in pediatric and general dentistry. I have placed pit and fissure sealants from the time I graduated from college. The teeth in the middle photo have sealants. The flat appearance of the grooves proves it. The first molar also had a buccal pit lesion (on the cheek side) which often occurs because the enamel may not have sealed together well during development. The groove that runs from the center of the tooth to the buccal lesion on the outer aspect is no longer fine and thin, it’s now flat and wider. The “decay” in the left photo is likely incipient (does not yet penetrate into the dentin. The sealed areas are actually a different shade than the teeth themselves. Once decay has penetrated the enamel and moved into the dentin, the dentin is necrotic and can’t be restored. It must be removed and a restoration placed. Enamel is dead, like your fingernail…what you are claiming is the same as saying you could find a sidewalk with a chunk of concrete missing, apply whatever treatment you suggest, and the chunk of concrete comes back
I have nothing to gain by stating this…I am paid a hourly wage. I didn’t graduate from an academically strenuous program by being a fucktard. Oh, btw, I don’t trust the government either!

Found a couple scientific papers about it on Google…says the concrete is seeded with capsules containing the bacteria and they are activated when a crack forms and water enters…calcium carbonate is released which fills the crack. Thanks for the info, really interesting.

But then have I understood it wrong and teeth arent like bone/the skeletton?

    • Vanessa Lytle Strayer July 13, 2017 at 1:32 pm - Reply

Enamel is produced by cells called ameloblasts, after the underlying dentin forms. After the tooth is fully formed and completely erupted, the ameloblasts cease to exist. Bone will always retain osteoblasts to maintain wear and tear/heal fractures, and the marrow inside produces red blood cells and immune function. Our bodies are miraculous!❤️

I find it funny that people are commenting saying it doesn’t work at all. What school did you go to? I’m a dental assistant and our job is to educate the patient on good oral hygiene. Everything in this article is good oral hygiene. It will work or there wouldn’t be over 200 holistic dentist in the US. I will say we are taught in school that you cannot heal a cavity because if you have one that means your tooth is non vital. But you saying this doesn’t work is like saying amalgam fillings are completely safe. That’s what dentists were taught in the old days until they realized that amalgam is not okay at all. Educate yourself as a dental assistant that’s what we want you to do. Don’t sit here and flap your jaw on something you don’t know shit about.

I made my own. I have a irrational fear of dentists.Cbd,peppermint and clove oil in a coconut oil base. I had a extremely painful cavity(big hole) in a molar. I keep the stuff in the fridge and everyday spoon a piece out and manoeuvre it into the hole.
After two days the pain started to ease,6months later no pain at all,no gum inflammation, nothing.
Dentists can talk all they want but it worked for me. Maybe it’s a miracle, maybe it’s science,I don’t know. All I know,it worked, and I’m very happy about it.

While I agree that you can heal tooth decay naturally as I’ve done it myself, this isn’t a great article because each of those 3 mixtures they recommend include an item that removes enamel from your teeth which is the protective coating. Salt, Lemon Juice and charcoal, in respective order are the 3 ingredients you don’t want to use. However the other ingredients are definitely the ones that will reverse tooth decay.

I did lots of research on these things before applying which is why I recommend avoiding the 3 ingredients I listed.

What I have found works and I’ve been brushing with daily for the past 2 years is coconut oil and baking soda mixture. I’ve reversed all of my dental problems. Of coarse I’ve also changed my diet which plays a big part as well, but at the beginning I was also using turmeric which I feel helped stimulate the healing.
