Sometimes it\u2019s the little things that make the biggest impact in our lives. In this post, I want to dissect some of the \u2018little\u2019 factors that may be holding you back and they may even come as a surprise to you.<\/p>\n
This is huge and goes unrecognized; we have so many limiting beliefs about ourselves it’s unreal. When you doubt about achieving success it won\u2019t happen because what you believe manifest into your reality. Doubting yourself puts a fake wall around yourself and until you knock it down you remain stuck.<\/p>\n
There is a little voice you hear saying you\u2019ll never do it, it won\u2019t work out for you, and you are not good enough, what gives YOU the right to do such and such\u2026. And so on. What matters is how you respond to that voice and what you do next.<\/p>\n
So here\u2019s the deal \u2013 we have up to 50,000 thoughts a day, around 40,000 of these are sadly negative ones. Your thoughts need a filter which means you need to recognise what thoughts you are having throughout the day.<\/p>\n
You need to become a \u2018watcher<\/span>\u2019 and begin changing the negative thoughts into positive ones. Do this by wearing an elastic band around your wrist for 30 days and every time you begin to have self-sabotaging, negative thoughts<\/a>, pull the elastic\u2026then let it go. (OUCH)<\/p>\n Then create a more empowering thought. This will help you not only have more empowering positive thoughts throughout your day; you will get into the habit of recognizing what you are thinking about.<\/p>\n First of all, you are going to fail at some point, over and over if you\u2019re doing things right. The fact that you are doing nothing is the problem. Fear is an IDEA you have decided to create to keep you from achieving what you want in life. In other words \u2013 it\u2019s not real<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This IDEA that you will fail at something is the very thing holding you back.<\/p>\n If I\u2019m honest people who do this drain me. Period. Always have something to say about someone else and putting themselves down. If this is you then you need to realize this does nothing to help you grasp your dream<\/strong>. Your life will always suck.<\/p>\n What things are you telling yourself on a daily basis? This works consciously and subconsciously because what you say about yourself will sink into your subconscious and be evident in your daily life. So much of our lives are bombarded with ideas that we are inadequate, we need more, we need to be more and have more.<\/p>\n It\u2019s up to you to tell yourself you are enough. You CAN do this. You can start right now where you are and with what you\u2019ve got. Speak good things about yourself on a daily basis, it may be uncomfortable at first but over time you\u2019ll become confident and begin getting results you want.<\/p>\n3. Fear of failure<\/h3>\n
