If used<\/span> carefully<\/span> can yield<\/span> amazing results<\/span> in<\/span> our character<\/span>, our behavior<\/span>, and situations<\/span> we experience.<\/span> We present<\/span> you a\u00a0visualization technique<\/span> where<\/span> all the<\/span> senses are used<\/span>, and which<\/span> you can<\/span> use<\/span> in your everyday life<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Find a place<\/span> where<\/span> you will not be<\/span> disturbed<\/span>, lie down or<\/span> sit back<\/span> and close<\/span> your eyes<\/span>. Visualize<\/span> that<\/span> you are in<\/span> an elevator<\/span> and<\/span> that in front<\/span> of you the elevator<\/span> buttons<\/span>, and<\/span> above them<\/span> the number<\/span> 10.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Imagine<\/span> now<\/span> that<\/span> you press<\/span> the button you<\/span> will<\/span> take you to the<\/span> floor<\/span> 0<\/span>. You can even<\/span> make the move<\/span> with your hand<\/span> imagining<\/span> that<\/span> you touch<\/span> the<\/span> button <\/span><\/strong>–<\/span> making the movement causes<\/span> the<\/span> mind<\/span> to be<\/span> more<\/span> convinced<\/span><\/strong> that what you <\/span>do is<\/span> real.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Now shift<\/span> your attention<\/span> to your breathing<\/span> by taking deep<\/span> breaths<\/span>. Imagine<\/span> that <\/span>you go with <\/span>the elevator<\/span> down to<\/span> a room<\/span> and that <\/span>with<\/span> each<\/span> breath<\/span> progressively and the numbers of <\/span>the elevator<\/span><\/span> are reduced<\/span>, from<\/span> 10 to<\/span> 0<\/span>. This will<\/span> make you relax and<\/span> concentrate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Once you<\/span> reach<\/span> 0<\/span>, visualize the<\/span> elevator door<\/span> opens and<\/span> you<\/span> enter<\/span> your personal<\/span> mental<\/span> room, where<\/span> there is a<\/span> huge screen<\/span>. Improvise<\/span>, create a room<\/span> with<\/span> your mind<\/span> the way you want it to be<\/span>. Continuing<\/span>, sit<\/span> on your personal<\/span> position and<\/span> grab<\/span> the remote<\/span> that opens<\/span> the<\/span> huge screen<\/span> in front of you<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n Press the<\/span> button<\/span> to open.<\/span> And<\/span> here<\/span> again<\/span>, you can<\/span> do<\/span> the<\/span> movement with<\/span> your hand<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n As<\/span> the<\/span> screen opens<\/span>, create with<\/span> your imagination<\/span> a situation<\/span> in which you find<\/span> yourself playing in the movie.<\/span> You may be<\/span> in a place<\/span> with your friends<\/span>, with your<\/span> partner,<\/span> that <\/span>you<\/span> have the job or the business<\/span> of your dreams,<\/span> that<\/span> you\u2019re<\/span> successful<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n Create a<\/span> mental<\/span> movie<\/span><\/strong> that you see<\/span> on this screen<\/span>. Listen to the<\/span> conversations<\/span> your friends<\/a> are doing<\/span>, what<\/span> you<\/span> tell them<\/span>, the cars passing<\/span>, observe the birds<\/span>, the leaves from<\/span> trees<\/span> that <\/span>wiggle,<\/span> the<\/span> water if<\/span> you are<\/span> out in nature<\/span>. The person<\/span> you see<\/span> in this movie<\/span> is<\/span> your future<\/span> self.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n You are<\/span> this person <\/span>having<\/span> all that you wish<\/span>, complete, cheery<\/span> and happy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Now<\/span>, try to be transferred <\/span>with<\/span> your thinking<\/span> in<\/span> the movie<\/span> and become<\/strong><\/span> the<\/span> person<\/span> <\/strong>you see<\/strong>.<\/span> Start<\/span> talking<\/span> mentally<\/span> with those around you<\/span> and<\/span> Step one.<\/span><\/h3>\n
