As I was slicing the fruits, it suddenly went away. I was extremely surprised but it made me realize that somehow the activity was beneficial for me. It induced me into a state of calm without even noticing. By the time I made the juice I was already feeling way better. It happened more than once to be distracted by something just enough to forget or overcome this state.<\/p>\n

6. Take Water<\/h3>\n

If you suffer from anxiety attacks on a regular basis, you need to ensure that your body is always in good physical form. One way to do this is to ensure that you take water on a regular basis. Being dehydrated leads to a negative effect on the brain\u2019s function.<\/p>\n

By drinking water often, the body is able to transport minerals and other nutrients to parts of the body where they are needed. Water also lets the brain get rid of impurities effectively thus reducing the chances of chemical imbalances that can cause anxiety.<\/p>\n
