The summer holidays are almost here! There are those who also head to the southern hemisphere to catch some snow. In this case, flu might come with the cold temperature if the immune system is not well boosted. To help boost the immune system, consume lots of fruits like strawberries, peppermint, kiwi fruit, and blueberries.
