When I speak to older folks, they often say that life is short. In a seeming blink of an eye, they went from a teenager to a parent of two. A main topic of discussion is what they feel like they missed in life, which is actually a lot.
Every person says they wished they had gone for it and done something that at the time they didn’t feel like they could but now wish they had.

Skydiving
If you are looking for extreme outdoor adventures, then skydiving is totally for you. Free falling more than 10,000 feet to the ground is nothing less than a heart-thumping, mind racing, hand sweating experience.

Paragliding
Paragliding is like the third cousin of skydiving in terms of the awesome view. You technically glide or hover in the atmosphere and can last for hours if you can control it and know how to manipulate the winds.
Unlike skydiving, you can essentially navigate your direction and can be as calm as it could be; unlike skydiving where it is all about the adrenaline rush.
Coasteering
The combination of swimming, climbing, scrambling, exploring, caving, diving, hiking, and jumping is what makes coasteering a thing to do. Originally from Wales, coasteering has found its way in Australia, the USA, and Canada.
