Then, mix all of that together with a spoon. Carefully tip the mixture into a plastic sandwich bag until it’s almost full. But before you zip the bag shut, drop in your pennies.

Now, combine these ingredients with a spoon. Pour the mixture into the sandwich bag, almost filling it. Put in your pennies in it before zipping it up. With that, you have a home-made, anti-fly device.

Your anti-fly device is ready. All you have to do is hang it around your BBQ. To do this, bend a paper clip and stick the end to the back. Everyone agrees that it works.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • A Glass Jar
  • Paper funnel

First of all, heat up the apple cider in the microwave. You may choose to use a jar with or without a lid. If you’re using one with a lid, create a few holes on it.

Make them big enough for flies to enter. You may use a funnel as well. If you can’t find one, make one out of paper. Fold the paper into the shape of a cone and staple it. Make sure that there’s a hole at the end.

Fill the jar with Apple Cider Vinegar and place it where the flies are. They will fly into the jar because the odor of the cider attracts them. They become trapped once inside.
