You will need:
- Two cups boiling water
- Half cup warm water
- One Cup rolled oats
- Half cup honey

- Two tablespoons salt
- 25 oz active dry yeast
- Four cups bread flour
- Another two tablespoons honey, slightly warm
- Another two tablespoons rolled oats
Combine the boiling water, half a cup of honey salt and butter. Let this mixture stand for an hour.
Dissolve some yeast in warm water. Add the two cups of flour and mix well. Let this mixture stand until its creamy. Then, stir in the rest of the flour, half a cup at a time. Beat well with a fork after each addition.
