    I’d had heard that saffron was a terrific spice and I was just curious to learn more about it. In the article you talked about how saffron contains bioactive compounds Safranal and Crocetin and those actually have medicinal properties. Makes sense that this is such an in demand spice, as it has so many uses and seems like something everyone would want to have in their lives.
