Hello Valerie, really interesting question. You can always start by changing your own behaviors, and the people around you, like family etc. There are many small things you can start of, like:
1.You can learn to live with less air conditioning. Depending on the country you live, try to avoid it.
2.You can try to avoid foods imported from far away, because this way we consume more resources. The amount of ocean noise pollution created by unnecessary transportation of food stuffs is staggering.
3.When you go to bed, don’t forget to turn heating down at night.
4.Something also really important, is the use of plastic bags worldwide. Try to avoid plastic bags and use your own.
I’m sure there are so many changes we can make in our everyday life, that If a lot of people adopt this attitude, it will be much better pretty soon.. !!
