Jamie Logie is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health & wellness specialist. He holds a bachelor of science (B.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He also has a counseling diploma from Heritage Baptist College along with multiple personal training and strength training specialist certifications. Jamie has traveled all over the world and has had the chance to see the damages that come from unhealthy nutritional habits of modern people in different countries. For this reason, his mission is to show the importance of getting back to real whole food. This is what motivated him to start a writing career to share this information with as many people as possible. Jamie has run a blog and top-rated podcast on iTunes called "Regained Wellness" and is the author of the Amazon best-selling book called “Taking Back Your Health”.
