Many of us do know a good thing or two about Apple Cider Vinegar but many do actually tend to underestimate its capabilities.

This solely the reason why it is probably necessary to unravel the true health magic behind Apple Cider Vinegar.

1. Asthma and Cold Allergies

If you are that type of person who has struggled with Asthma or perhaps cold allergies then try taking a tablespoon of the vinegar mixed with a glass of water. Talk sips for about a half an hour twice or thrice a day till the wheezing reduces. Within a few hours, you are bound to note a difference.

7. Loss of Hair

Hair loss is usually an indicator of an imbalance in salts or rather a deficiency in salt in the body (of course if it is not genetic). Apple Cider Vinegar has the formula that will restore that balance in the process protecting you against hair loss.

Just take a teaspoon mixed in a glass of water between meals. Patience is key since the process might take a few months to work. – roughly around two months and you will see the results.

8. Hypertension

Medical experts do insist on healthy eating habits in patients who suffer from high blood pressure.
