You may already use salt, pepper and lemon in your salads and when cooking up delicious meals.
But did you know that the combination of these three ingredients can also be used as a remedy for common health problems?
For centuries, people have been using these three staple foods and minerals to cure ailments and medical issues.
All three of these items have not only been shown to be effective in relieving aches and pains of the human body historically but have also been used in modern times to avoid paying large medical bills and fees.
Here are just some of the ailments that the wondrous combination of salt, pepper and lemon can relieve:
1. Sore throat

Gargle 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon of black pepper, and a teaspoon of sea salt in a warm glass of water a few times a day to see results.
2. Stuffy nose
The best way to clear up a stuffy nose is to sneeze – but what’s the healthiest way to induce that? By mixing some simple herbs and minerals you can create a sneeze-inducing mixture simply by sniffing. This all-natural combination should include black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, and cumin.
Grind all of the ingredients in a pestle and mortar until you get a powder, then smell the powder slowly until you feel your sneeze coming. Just make sure you move away from the powder before you let loose!

A mixture of ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, two tablespoons of lemon juice, and one tablespoon of honey together in a glass of warm water is a great way to help speed up your metabolism. If you are struggling to lose weight then try drinking this solution at least once a day.
