Everything in existence vibrates at a specific frequency. Did you know it’s possible to raise your vibration?
Whether it’s a rock, a flower, even a human being, we all have vibrations. You can raise your vibration too! Even the planet earth has a certain vibration and a consciousness as well, yes it thinks!. Underneath our feet, if we pay attention, we can feel the earth’s song.

Science explains why this is true. According to the String theory, vibrating strings of energy make up elements of our bodies, as we are made from atoms which make cells. And guess what, your feelings also have a vibration of their own. In fact, what’s inside us affects what goes on outside of us, and we certainly have the capabilities to change our vibration.
What’s a high vibration?
Low vibration=negative thoughts and high vibration=positive thoughts
At your highest vibration, you are connecting with who you really are. In this state, you are more focused and your mind is clear of all negativity. You are, more or less, like a musical instrument. When played correctly, you can make beautiful music, but if you aren’t played in the right way, the returns are quite painful. You will definitely want to raise your vibration in order to make pleasant sounds and be an overall happier individual, right?
Thinking positive actually makes you vibrate at a higher frequency, to be technical about it. You are excited and you anticipate more positive things. You are able to focus and retain a good outlook on the future. Your thoughts then, in turn, become responsible for even higher vibrations. You control which way this goes according to your train of thought.
Imagine an ape in the jungle, jumping from tree to tree. This is your mind. We have such complicated thoughts that seem to move from one subject to another and flow between positive and negative feelings. We have mixed energies. This means you consciously have to train yourself to retain positive thoughts and keep your mindset level.
If you are able to retain these positive thoughts, then this will reflect in your physical body. Your body can then help you omit negative thoughts and eliminate low vibrations altogether. Remember, each individual operates at unique frequencies. This determines how you feel.

You are love
Now, the road to keeping a high vibration is not always easy. The first problem you will encounter is struggles with your idea of self. You will never be able to attain unconditional love if your idea of yourself is negative. You have to truly appreciate who you are as a person, aside from weight, ideals, and race. None of these things matter when it comes to understanding life and positivity. You have to forget about pride and guilt and locate your soul. This is where you begin to love who you are.

A change must come, a drastic change in how you perceive the world. And in this world is you! Since you were born, you have been taught to see things a certain way and it’s become like wearing dirty clothes. Maybe some of us are not ready to see the truth in the world, and therefore see the beauty that has been hidden from us for so long. That’s a startling revelation, isn’t it?
You cannot really measure the ability of expansion of the mind. Most of the time, this expansion cannot occur, however, due to our inability to accept change. Change is constant, and acceptance can bring forth a new sort of freedom which is immeasurable.
But change will and does happen, and then we are left with our reaction to this change, which can be positive or negative. This depends on how we perceive this. Yes, we should embrace change, but most people find this quite difficult.
Everyone needs a daily re-boot!

Everyone needs to eat to survive. You cannot eat a week’s worth of food and expect to be okay until the following week. Now, since your body works this way, why shouldn’t your mind work in the same fashion? It does. Every day, your body and mind must have a consistent amount of energy intake. So, every day, you must strive to evolve into a better receptor of this energy that flows around us…everywhere.
You must be able to discern between good and bad energies as well, which can be difficult at times. This also means that each and every day, you must re-boot, start over, and try once again to attain your goals. You must let go of the damage from the day before and find strength in your vulnerabilities. This will take a leap of faith at first.
Break into a healthy mindset
Okay, the truth is, nothing lasts forever. Even your healthy state of mind will find obstacles and fail at times. But, your true self is happiness, it’s natural to raise your vibration as a habit. Remember this. You waste so much time by staying in a negative space and absorbing all those dangerous vibes.
If your present situation is not bringing nourishment to your soul, then keep in mind that nothing is permanent and can be changed when it’s time. When it’s time to make a change, you will know and you will feel at peace about it too!

Stay away from judgments
One huge step to raise your vibration will be to free yourself from comparison and self-judgment. When you are able to step away from these stressful feelings and negative inadequacies, you will feel a paradigm shift. Your mindset will change and you will become liberated.
All comparisons and judgmental actions do are poison your mind. You know exactly who you are, you learned when you spend time with yourself. You should never feel the need to mold into something you’re not to satisfy society’s standards or even loved ones.
If you are able to throw out all these negative vibrations, you will encounter a peace like you’ve never felt before. There will be no looking into the past, keeping your eyes fixed on the goal. If you are able to raise your vibration, resistance will die.
